Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in inviting Kevin L. McCants to speak. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all parties, please review the following guidelines: Booking Requests All speaking engagements must be submitted through the official request form. Requests are reviewed on a rolling basis, and submission does not guarantee confirmation. Scheduling & Availability Speaking engagements are scheduled within designated availability windows. All requests are subject to review and confirmation based on Kevin’s schedule and campaign priorities. Confirmation Process A member of our team will follow up to confirm availability, event details, and alignment. Engagements are only considered confirmed once written approval has been provided. Virtual Engagements Virtual appearances will be conducted via an approved platform (e.g., Zoom). A secure link will be provided upon confirmation. Event Alignment We welcome invitations from a wide range of organizations, including community groups, educational institutions, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations. All engagements must align with the values and mission of the campaign. Campaign & Public Office Disclosure Kevin Lee McCants is a declared candidate for public office. Depending on the nature of the event, remarks may include discussion of his campaign, policy positions, and an invitation for attendees to support his candidacy. We will work with hosts to ensure alignment with any applicable guidelines or policies. Changes & Cancellations If changes are required, please notify us as soon as possible. The campaign reserves the right to adjust or cancel engagements due to scheduling conflicts or unforeseen circumstances.
